- Steamed sea bass, thai spiced shellfish broth, king prawn and coriander dumplings
- Black pudding “scotch” egg, grain mustard mayonnaise, watercress salad

- Salad of dolcellata, crayfish tails, pine nuts, croutons, avocado and baby leaves, tomato fondant dressing

- Medallions of Dedham vale beef fillet, bubble and squeak, wild mushroom and peppercorn sauce, fine beans in garlic butter
- Pan roasted salmon fillet, poached free range hens egg, wilted spinach, sauce choron, dill crushed new potato cake
